Terms of Service

What Nevla is

Nevla is a desktop application and cloud service that listens to a meeting on your computer, detects questions, and shows you a suggested answer. It is an aid to your own thinking. It does not guarantee any outcome, and answers it produces may be wrong.

Your account

Using it honestly

Many organisations and examinations forbid outside assistance. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you and for following them. Using Nevla where it is not permitted may have consequences for you — a withdrawn offer, a failed assessment, a dismissal — and those consequences are yours, not ours.

You agree not to use Nevla:

Payment

Nevla is prepaid, at ₹4 per minute of active session time. There is no subscription. Minutes are deducted only while a session is running, and do not expire. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

Documents you upload and the answers Nevla generates for you remain yours. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the service. How that works is set out in the Privacy Policy, which you should read — it explains that your meeting audio is sent to third-party AI providers to be transcribed and answered.

Availability

We aim to keep Nevla running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on external AI providers, and those can rate-limit or fail. We recommend testing before any occasion that matters to you.

Liability

Nevla is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any outcome of a meeting, interview or assessment in which Nevla was used.

Ending it

You may stop using Nevla at any time; unused minutes are covered by the refund policy. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused balance if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
